  Voice activation pauses the recording during silences, and resumes immediately upon sound activation, so you record the entire audio without a whole lot of quiet spots. You can also turn VOR off for continuous recording.

4 Recording modes - choose the quality and recording length you want:

1. SHQ (Super High Quality): 43 hours, 75Hz -15,000Hz, 192 kbps
2. HQ (High Quality): 65 hours, 75Hz - 15,000 Hz, 128 kbps
3. SP (Standard Play): 173 hours, 75Hz - 10,000Hz, 48 kbps
4. LP (Long Play): 1,043 hours, 75Hz - 3,000Hz, 8 kbps

 HQ and SHQ Modes offer 192 kbps mp3 stereo recording (when connected to a stereo microphone), frequency range 75Hz - 15,000Hz

Ultra portable pocket/purse size: 2.5 oz; approx. 4.5" x 1.5" x 0.75"

Store your messages into 5 folders, which enables you to separate and organize your files. Up to 99 files per folder (up to 495 total files).

LCD display shows the number of messages recorded, recording lengths, date recorded, quality mode, sensitivity mode, folder and file number, and battery power remaining.
